Working with Irina has been one of the greatest privileges of my career. She is exceptionally structured, highly driven, and one of the most ambitious people I know. No matter the challenge, she always finds a way to move things forward efficiently and smoothly, especially when it comes to solving bottlenecks and keeping projects on track.
I had the pleasure of working with Irina while at Humblebee, and she is a seasoned product manager who is capable of wearing many hats. She also has a great eye for design and the process of building great products and services: facilitating design sprints and workshops, stakeholder management, unafraid to share honest feedback and have difficult client conversations – she does what’s needed to help a team move forward with their ideas and work, while always maintaining an open and collaborative environment. And she will often go above and beyond her role to help others.
I had the pleasure of working with Irina on a project about Meela’s user flow, and I can confidently say that she’s an exceptional leader. Irina was our project leader and not only was she great in facilitating the workshop but she was also approachable and available to answer any questions or concerns that I – or my team – might have had. We felt taken care of, seen, and heard as clients.
